Giant Squid Tentacle, "Bernice"

Inner Structure (not pictured):
• Vertebrae constructed of foam using barge cement.
• Stacks of vertebrae are connected along two opposing sides with cord, and articulated through a system of cords running through eyelets on the other two opposing sides. By pulling on these cords from the bottom, the puppeteer is able to articulate the tentacle in two dimensions.
Outer/Cosmetic:
• Repaired outer skin of tentacles.
• Sewed suckers on to tentacles.
